Blender-Free Strawberry Banana Sorbet
1 medium Banana
4 medium Strawberries
While still in peel, lightly roll banana on counter top to soften it up. Cut one end of banana off and carefully squeeze contents into a plastic sandwich bag. Cut up 4 strawberries, removing leaves, and place in bag. Close bag and squish contents until contents are mixed to your liking. Cut corner off of bag and squeeze into a freezer-safe container. Cover with saran wrap and a rubber band. Put in freezer and wait for contents to firm. Enjoy.

I wonder if it would work with just berries? Bananas are calorie dense.

Can you please post me the link to the baked zucchini chips recipe babes? Xxx

Actually, this is a recipe I created myself. Essentially, all I did was make my own bread crumbs out of Nickles 35 calorie bread then added Italian seasoning. I then dipped zucchini and squash slices in egg whites seasoned with a little salt and pepper, then in the bread crumbs. I baked them on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray until they were crisp. I will recreate the recipe and put measurements up under snacks later.

Actually nevermind… here is the recipe I made at the time (my profile is private, so let me know if it doesn’t work). http://www.fatsecret.com/recipes/rec-8e3e0f3701a94714b6379fc5a4d5cca9/Default.aspx

But I would make modifications like using the 35 calorie bread instead and not using cheese but rather Italian season and salt and pepper.

Are the calories for the recipes just for one serving or for the whole recipe with all servings included?

Calories listed are for each serving.

for the recipes that you do not specify the serving size is it a cup ? like the soups for example? it says it makes 10 servings but how big is a serving?

I did not create some of the recipes so I apologize I’m not entirely sure. Usually though a serving of soup is a cup. But if you are that concerned you can get containers and divide the soup into serving sizes.

thank you so much for this! i had a handful of wholemeal pasta and a nectarine for tea, and i wanted more food until i came on here to look at dessert recipes and saw the header gif and the gorgeous background. thank you for preventing my binge.
